4- B) no i do not. only because a selected handful of people has the ability to handle the stress that comes along with a death note.

5- i didnt answer with yes. but i do think that it would change for the worse. peop,e are either too weak to care for a death note and would kill themself after all of the stress. or they would go psycho in the end [like raito. we all thought he could handle being kira but he obviously couldn't.] and then there are the few people that COULD possibly change the whole world w/ a death note. ^^
