I'm not really sure which person you would be out of that picture (sorry) and it says your pictures are private!. But I guess if you like FMA then you could go as someone from there!. The main point of the convention is to fave fun, so I hope you do that with a character you like! :-P
Edit: Ok well I think that you look a lot like Yoruichi Shihōin from Bleach and pretty much you could go with any of the female characters from FMA since you say you like it! But that's just a suggestion, go with whoever you want to go as!
