Out of hundreds of anime series I've already watched, School Rumble is my most favorite series!. The male protagonist is a gangster, delinquent but kind-hearted guy while his love interest is a dumb funny girl who got a crush on another guy!.
This is the most hilarious anime I’ve ever watched!. The comic lines are easy to pick and they are very random!. You’ll laugh loudly for every episode!.

Delinquents falling in love!? There are several variations on that theme!. But in my opinion, Midori no Hibi being the best example which no other series can top for your type of request!. Series that comes closest in romance is Love Hina, but the others aren't as romance-focused as Midori!.
