There's more than 1 group subbing Trouble and more than 1 group subbing Kanokon, and since you didn't specify any groups I'll just list out all of them!. IIDX's site says that they're jointing with Moetaku for future releases of Kanokon:
"The series Kanokon will be done co-operatively with Moetaku from now on!. Regarding the status of episode 3 that was posted a while ago, that will have to be canceled!. The translations finished, but Moetaku still needs quite a bit of time to release episode 2 and move onto episode 3!.
Group IIDX will now be jointing with group Moetaku in Kanokon!."
