They still go one!. I mean only Shikamaru passed them but after the 2 year time skip, everyone of the 3 gennin squads (except Naruto since he was gone with Jiraiya!.!.!. oh, and of course Sasuke) Anyway after the timeskip Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Choji, Lee, and Tenten are all Chunin!. And of course Neji is a Jounin!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

orochimaru pretends to be the sand hokage and then orochimaru fought the third hokage and there was a war between konoha and sand+sound
eventually third hokage dies and orochimaru loses his arms and naruto beats up gaara and gaara was a innocent boy and they had the third hokage's funeral

The exams are over!.!.!.Shikamaru was the only one to pass as chunnin!.!.!.Since gaara tried to kill everyone I guess he was disqualified plus orochimaru attacked the village so they just picked shikamaru to be chunnin cause he showed the most skill I guess
