No,however during the fight with Sasuke and Itachi both Sasuke and Itachi were already low on chakra as well as being very injured however Itachi had suffered more damage and end up dieing!. Itachi had already been injured before the fight because he has over used the MS,so he was already at a disadvantage before the fight even started!.
At the end of the battle Itachi ended up dieing and Itachi had died on the wrong!. So,Sasuke had felt remorse for Itachi had layed down next to him,and had fainted due to lack of energy and chakra,as well as his injuries!.
