He was of the first to show such greatest promise in talent,skills and abilities!.The most dangerous thing about Minato was his insane speed gained thanks to his Body Flicker Jutsu (Shunshin no Jutsu)!. This jutsu instantly transports him to anyplace he wants, hence the nickname "Yellow Flash of Hidden Leaf Village"
As well as his ability to seal the Kyuubi,inside Naruto!. Even though he had to give up his own life!. He still preformed one of the greatest accomplishments in order to save the village from the Kyuubi's attack!.

hmm, I'd say it differs!. But I believe that the 1st and 4th hokage are the most powerful!. But between the two, I'd say that the 1st is the strongest because of the fact that he is the only one able to use Wood Element Jutsu and control the "Demons" like pets, including the Kyuubi (as stated in shippuden episode 43 I believe; Orochimaru says it when he fights Naruto in 4 tails form)!. The 4th sacrificed his life to seal (not defeat) the kyuubi within Naruto!. This kind of proves that the 1st is stronger!. However, the 4th does know space/time ninjutsu, but not as well as Madara Uchiha does!. The 1st beat Madara Uchiha (so it says), proving that 1st is the best!. Then 4th!. Then 2nd!. Then 3rd!. I would have to disagree with ALL of these people!. lol!. I [in my opinion,] would have to say that the 1st hokage is the strongest!. Hence the name, FIRST hokage!. lol!. He also had the power to control the kyuubi too!. So, he wouldn't even need to sacrifice himself; using some kind of sealing jutsu!. ALl that the first would have to do is, raise his hand, and command the kyuubi; and the kyuubi would be gone!. SEE!? Am i making any sense!? lol!. the first is strongest!. then the second would be second in my book!. then the third!. i think that the generations are kinda getting weaker!. lol!.
