Wolf's Rain is fantastic, both the dubbed version and the subbed series!.
There's Cowboy Bebop and Beck, which are both awesome, especially Beck!.
Eureka Seven seems to fit with a lot of what you've already watched!.
Peace Maker Kurogane and Pet Shop of Horrors are both pretty good, too!.
also, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya = awesome, and should totally be watched!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
