No,Naruto is not the Akasuki leader!. In fact he has nothing to do with the Akasuki at all!. If anything Naruto is fighting against the Akasuki,so he wouldn't be the leader!.
Actually the true leader of the Akasuki is Madara Uchiha!. Who disguise himself as Tobi!. Although they show Pain as being the leader of the Akasuki when in fact it is Madara!. Madara tells Pain what to do,so Madara is the true leader!.
Madara is also the same person who had started the Akatsuki,as well as battle the 1st Hokage,and lost!. He also helped Itachi kill the Uchiha,clan however it is said to believe that Itachi had nothing to do with it and Madara did is himself!. also Madara was the one to start the Uchiha clan!.
