My favourite anime character is L on Death Note, but he already died!. So, I'd kill InuYasha (he's the only one I can think of, but he's not my favourite!)!. First, I'd totally get him to transform into full demon, then, while he was vulnerable and in mid-transformation, I would grab the nearest long-sword and stab him in the stomach!.
While he was gasping for breath, he apparently would change back!. I would kiss him deeply!.!.!.considering he's like, hot, n'stuff, but then I'd totally chop his head off with an axe!.

Well, I really like Gojyo from Saiyuki!. I would kill him by emptying the tiny indentation on his head (there is water in it)!. it is full of water and if it ever gets spilled or dries up, he dies (one bad thing being a water sprite)!. Either that or I could use Sanzo's banighing gun: aim, shoot, done!.
