Question: What is the most memorable tragedy in the anime One Piece!?
Any one noticed that One Piece hates tragedy!. For example, Enel electrified a lot of people twice (even thrice!) and the people are still alive, they even said that one electricute from Enel then they're supposed to be dead!.
So, name a tragedy in one piece that you know!. First one to think of what I'm thinking gets points!.

Shanks got his arm torn off saving Luffy
Norlands and Kalgaras past and how Norland was executed and branded a liar
Death of Enel and when he used his power to restart his heart
Nami's guardian died because they stood up to Arlong
Merry's funeral- really really sad

One Piece does tragedy so rarely, so when it happens, it's a BIG THING!. Besides, if Tragedy happens all the time, the viewer would become desensitized, and uninterested!. OP does it right!.
