It's more a matter of comic opportunity!. Pluto can do jokes that call for a dog, an ordinary dog!. Goofy wouldn't look right chasing squirrels or cats, but Pluto does!. Goofy would look strange burying a bone, but Pluto doesn't!. Pluto wouldn't look right behind the steering wheel of a car, but Goofy does!. Goofy is an antropomorphic dog (has human characteristics) and Pluto isn't, and the difference in their situations has nothing to do with anything but comedy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
