Naruto Shippuden hasn't been dubbed in english yet!. But you can watch it with english subtites for free at http://tailedfox!.com or http://animecrazy!.net

Uhh!.!.!.!. the shippuden hasen't come out in english ANYWHERE yet so you're not going to find it!.!.!.!. It'll probably actually be a few years untill they do dub it and if they dub it in the uk first then you know you can download it when it comes out there but the characters will have different voices ^^'

For the manga- it's just the normal manga but you start on chapter 245 of the normal manga and thats where the shippuden starts:
