Question: A VERY Digitalized cartoon in the mid to late 90s!. Main Characters a boy and girl!.!?
I am not sure what channel it was on but for some reason I believe it was on a cable channel!. They girl had blue hair, i think!. And I think the boy had a dog!.!.!.a red one maybe!. There was a villain in the movie!. and a dinner with workers were they often hung out!. This cartoon was all computer generated!. No hand drawing!.!.!.even the voices sounded computer generated!.
