No Mandarin until Iron Man 3, many super hero movies suffer from the fact that they use the most popular/important villain first and not last (Look at the first Batman Movie series, for example) leaving the hero with lackluster opponents!.
A Crimson Dynamo & Titanium Man combo for the second film would be a great choice and it would give a chance for War Machine to appear!.
Tony Stark facing alcoholism, getting trough it with the help of Pepper Pots!.

I think maybe introduce the Mandarin but have the character more like the leader of a terrorist group!. also, start to give Tony more personal problems, such as his drinking problem!. I think they should have the second and third movie really connected between the two!. So don't kill of Mandarin quickly, give Rhodie a bigger role and build up his War Machine suit and finally introduce it in the third!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think that war machine will be in iron man 2 and here is why i think why!.!.!.!. If you have seen iron man, the part where tony stark is about to face iron monger, tony flies through the hole in the ceiling!. After that jim rhodes aka war machine turns to a unpainted suit and says ''next time baby!.!.''!. As for nick fury i don't know if he will appear in any other film until the avengers!. To find out who the next villain will be we will just have to wait until the film is actually being filmed or something like that, we will see!. =)Www@Enter-QA@Com
where there is shield there will be hydra and they have any number of bad guys they can send after the ironmen of america how about the titanium man or crimson dynamo and the Mandarin and his rings are out there many bad guys against a few good guys maybe the black widow showsWww@Enter-QA@Com
