Who is the character in the very front with the purple arm from the front of this issue of Outsiders Volume 3!. I remember that he can control all of the elements!.

Edit: Actually I just looked at the cover you linked and it is kind of a trick question!. The character is introduced as Metamorpho in that series but later on it is discovered that he is not Metamorpho when the real Metamorpho shows up!. It turns out he is a piece of metamorpho that broke apart from him in his last "death" and gained sentience and self awareness!. At the end of that issue he adopted the name Shift!. He eventually reintegrated with Metamorpho!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
