I think the last person that knew was the Third Hokage!. I mean Jariya forgot that he named naruto and was his godfather!. So maybe no one else remembers and also maybe they think that he will resent his parents because them sacraficing themselfs to seal the fox away left him alone!. (I know they have not said that his mom died but i am assuming that she died during the birth of naruto like gaaras mom)Www@Enter-QA@Com
jiriya and tsunade know and so does some other people his parents did care about him hints the fact his dad didn't want anyone to know that he had the demon fox in him so they wouldn't hate him and he also wanted him to get his head on the mountain since hes a hero

Clearly, Naruto's parents are ashamed of him!. I mean the kid is upset ALL THE TIME!. Perhaps if Naruto practiced some Lighten Up Jitsu, his parents would stop avoiding him!.
