There has been several occasions when Rachael (Ran) figured out Jimmy's (Shinichi) identity!. However, most of the time, Conan managed to get someone to impersonate him in time!.!.!. XD
You can watch episode 188 - 192!. In these few episodes, Ran figured out Shinichi's identity, but with some help, Conan manage to dismiss her suspicions!.
