L was my favorite character in any manga I've ever read or any anime I've ever seen!. And he didn't die for nothing--it helped the Kira case even though it would have been over waaaaay faster if stupid REM hand't had the stupid obligation to protect the yet more stupid MISA!. (Actually Rem was pretty intelligent as far as Shinigami go in Death Note haha)!.
