1)I would probably continue the kiss!.!.!.especially if my crush made me feel good inside all the time ^_^!. Cuz if he barely noticed I existed and didn't care for me at all!.!.!.!.!.!.then I probably wouldn't but if he was the type that was kinda like my best friend and made me laugh and cared for me and and and *dramatic sigh* that would be awesome!.!.!.^_^ but to answer your rp question I would continue that kiss totally!.
