If you're into romance-drama, I recommend 5 centimeters per second by Makoto Shinkai!. It's about a long-distance relationship between childhood lovers!. The animation is really amazing!. It's only 3 episodes so please give it a watch!.^_^

For out-of-this-world comedy-romance, (I put comedy first 'cause its more dominant), you may watch Beating Angel Dokuro-chan!. It's about an angel who came from the future to kill a boy!. She needs to kill the boy because he (in the future) created a device that made all the girls stop growing until the age of 12, so one may expect that the future is full of 12 year-old girls and that's really pedophilish!. Anyway, she uses her weapon, the Excaliborg (that looks like a baseball bat), to kill him, but she ends up resurrecting him in the process!.xD It's really funny, and quite ecchi too(to warn you), but there is romance (Dokuro-chan's love for Sakura-kun xD) and ecchiness that keeps the story's comedy a top-notch!.

For romance-comedy, try Ouran High School Host Club!. Basically, its like a girl in a club full of boys, and that girl is made to pretend like a boy by the club leader!. She must join the club's activities so she can pay the expensive vase (owned by the club) that she broke!. The characters is what made this anime really funny, and expect light romance here because of the non-ecchi harem character arrangement!.^_^Www@Enter-QA@Com
