I don't think Shikamaru likes anyone right now, although he will probably end up with Temari in the future and Ino will most likely be with Choji!.
True to his lazy personality, Shikamaru honestly thinks that girls are troublesome, especially with the way the Fifth Hokage is always ordering people around and the way that his mom bosses around his dad everyday!. He even expressed these sentiments to Naruto after he first met the Fifth Hokage!. Even so, Shikamaru and Temari works so well together and also get along pretty well whenever Temari visits Konoha!. So, it is possible that sooner or later, Shikamaru will realize that Temari is not as troublesome as other girls and just go for her!. After all, she's not as noisy as Ino!. Hmmmm, tough one!.!.!.I don't think he really REALLY likes any girl, he probably thinks it's too troublesome to have a crush, but if I'd had to say!.!.!.I'd go for Ino!. I don't know why, but I kinda have the impression that he doesn't like Temari at all in that way!.
