Well my fave character is easy!.!.!.the 'british' megalomaniac baby stewie of course! Fave moment!.!.!.hmmm I think it has to be quite possibly the best insult ever:

this was the episode where Peter was starting to get in touch with his inner femininity and he was supposed to jump out of a tree into all the womens' hands and when he tries to jump he trips and falls to the bottom and his skin/fat under his chin gets caught on a brnach and rolls over his face

I love quagmire!.!.the part where girl is standing outside his house telling him i wont do that!.!.!.and brien and stewie are watching to get tips on getting girls!.
also i love the song from peter ROCK LOBSTER
and the wheelchair sex
and the one where quagmire loses his poilet licence and the news shows various clips on how a plane crash could turn out
and when glen passes a sunflower he says to it ur ignorant!.
