Thor won't be appearing in "Iron Man 2," but there will be a Thor movie!. It's likely Iron Man and Thor won't appear in the same movie until 2011, when the first Avengers film will be released (providing Marvel's plans for the next three years work as they expect)!.
Thor did look foolish when he appeared in a made for television Hulk movie back in the late eighties, but with advances in special effects since then the Thor movie will probably be fairly convincing!. I don't see why pedestrian science-fiction ideas seem any more "realistic" than common fantasy idea, but one of the problems the Avengers film will have will be presenting characters from such different backgrounds in a manner that makes it seem like they could coexist in the same world!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I remember reading that Thor would be making an appearence in the Iron Man sequel much the same way Nick Fury made his apppearence!.!.!.hence paving the way for the Thor movie!. But I hope Tony Stark does not "create" Thor's hammer!.!.!.because that sounds like they would be doing an Ultimate Avengers movie!.!.!.they already have Ultimate Nick Fury (Samuel Jackson) I'd rather see a classic Avengers movie!.!.!.not Ultimate!. But who knows how they'll do it!? They may very well have a blend of classic and ultimate Avenger characters!. I hope the have classic Thor!.
