No!. DC has several people!. Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster created Superman!. Bob Kane (& Bill Finger) created Batman, then there are lots of others - Charles Moulton (Wonder Woman), Joe Simon and Jack Kirby (yes, the co-creator of Marvel Comics!), and a lot of un-named others!.
