Umm!.!.the only other one I know and use is http://downloads!.khinsider!.com/!.!.!. hmm no signing up required and it's free!. Just loadsa random video game soundtracks and anime songs ^^
Oh and if you wanna save em to your pc just right-click the 'Download to Computer' link and choose "Save As" instead of just clicking on the download link okies :D
