Anime:
!.Hack//Sign - good ole "you think it's a boy, but its not!!" (shoujo-ai, but no kissing etc!. T__T)
Battle Athletes Victory - what a strange strange anime!.!.!. (strongly implied shoujo-ai with two main chars, theres a scene thats in a dark corridor and they hug but if you have your yuri goggles on they look like they're kissing stare )
Kannazuki No Miko - mecha and yuri (definite shoujo-ai, kissing, hugging, declaration of love etc!. ^___^)
Loveless - yaoi series with a yuri pair in a few episodes (definite shoujo-ai very cool pair)
Strawberry Panic - I dont think there's one man in this entire series!.!.!. (Extreme shoujo-ai and even a taste of actual yuri in more than one scene xd )

Maria-sama ga Miteru - more serious than some others and lots of catholic school girls (last time I saw this it was about 5 years ago, memory is alittle rusty)!.!.!. (one definite couple in a flashback and some implied)
Kashimashi - girly guy gets hit by a spaceship and rebuilt as a girl, love triangle follows!.!.!. (definite shoujo-ai if you don't count the fact that she was once a dude >> )
Mai-Hime - ah good ole mecha, angst, comedy, extremely large breats, of course alittle yuri, and psycho lesbian #2 in the world of anime (fans of the Gunsmith Cats manga know who #1 is and she still scares me to this day stare )!.!.!. (implied shoujo-ai with a few characters and a definite shoujo-ai couple by the end of the series)
Mai-Otome (Mai-Z-Hime) - Alternate universe of Mai-Hime but includes all the categories I have for Mai-Hime ^_^ (more strongly implied shoujo-ai with a few more definitely shoujo-ai couples)
Jubei-Chan 2 - okay not really shoujo-ai but when the two adult Jubei's are fighting it's pure eye candy awesomeness whee (slightly implied shoujo-ai)
R!.O!.D!. the TV - VERY cool series ^___^ (strongly implied shoujo-ai)
Ikkitousen - fighting series where the clothes seem to always explode whenever a girl gets hit!.!.!. (definite yuri pair and the beggining and aftermath of a yuri scene)
Revolutionary Girl Utena - swords, dueling, shoujo-ainess!.!.!.ya!.!.!. (so strongly implied in the series you have to say definite shoujo-ai sweatdrop )
Revolutionary Girl Utena Adolescence (Movie) - beautifully done for it's time and still is now, very confusing to those who don't get symbolism ^__^ (definite shoujo-ai)
Sailor Moon - everyone's favorite shoujo-ai/yuri pair xd Haruka/Michiru!. They are not cousins stare (strongly implied and obvious in Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Stars but no kissing etc!. crying )

Iono-sama the Fanatics - pretty cool manga and kinda on the harem side (definite shoujo-ai)
Angel Dust - very very awesome art (implied shoujo-ai)
Gunsmith Cats - not in every story but shoujo-ai and yuri is definately present in the stories with everyone's #1 favorite psycho lesbian whee (definite in some stories)
Read or Dream - great manga ^__^ has the same implied pair as R!.O!.D!. the TV but with more "hint hint" scenes for us fangirls 3nodding and a cute short side story that's also implied!.!.!. (strongly implied shoujo-ai)
Read or Die - it's R!.O!.D!. , it's awesome, Yomiko kicks a**!.!.!. whats there left to say, oh yea and some shoujo-ai!! (strongly implied shoujo-ai and accidentalish kiss in vol!. 1)
