Question: What's beyond birthday!?

Beyond Birthday is an important character in the Death Note: Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases, a novel narrarated by Mello!. The novel is set before Kira was reigning in Japan (as said, Los Angeles)!.
Beyond Birthday introduced himself to L and Naomi as Rue Ryuuzaki, and from what we gather, he's pretty much an L-lookalike, though with red eyes (Shinigami Eyes)!. He trys to be like L!. He's the criminal in the book, and that's all I know of it - there are also web pages on Beyond Birthday, or B!.
