As of now there are no plans for a 3rd season of the show!. I honestly think if they do anything to continue the franchise they'll release a series of films like "Solid State Society"; the show is not nearly as popular in Japan as it is in the U!.S!., and I think it would be more economical for Production I!.G!. to make follow-up movies as opposed to another 26-episode series!.

They've said that they don't see Solid State Society as the end of Standalone Complex, but don't have any plans at the moment to continue it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
