I would say Naruto can win!.!.!.
If Naruto will be able to control up to nine tailed stage of the Kyubii then no doubt naruto can defeat Optimus!.
If you've watch the Shippuuden episode where naruto unleased the kyubi in four tail!.!.!. how devastated power it was!.!.!.how much more is he can completely control up to nine!?
