Anime are defined as Japanese animation!. There's a fundamental debate regarding this issue actually!. Most people don't want to classify non-Japanese animations even if they are heavily inspired by anime (like Avatar)!. It depends on how broad you definition of "anime" is!. If you feel that anime is only animation that was created and produced primarily in Japan, then no, it isn't!. If you feel that any animation that uses the anime style is anime, then it is!. i've seen it referred to as "American anime" because it is developed in the US and animated overseas, but is heavily influenced by anime!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it's kind of an anime to a certain extent it was madde in the US not in japan, people consider anime to come from japan!. or for it to be in japenese first, but it comes out in enlgish first!.
