What's Kenny's accent from Kenny vs. Spenny?!

I never noticed he had an accent!.!.!. Kenny and Spenny are both from Toronto, Canada so it's most likely Canadian!. I never really noticed it but then again, I am Canadian!. Kenny's mother, Sofie (I think that's how it's spelt) does have a very thick accent so if he has one, that's where he got it from but I'm not exactly sure what he accent is either!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
