It would all have to depend on how much quality/money was spent into making the episode or series or having seasons compared to how many people actually enjoy the show "one" has created!.
Some anime shows are great, and the creator of the show is getting millions of profitable money!.
Some anime shows aren't so great, and thus, are either losing money, or aren't making enough to make more episodes or to prolong there anime story!.
There isn't really a certain amount in how much a person makes because it all depends on how much the people enjoy the anime!. Like a book or video game, the more the reader/gamer enjoys reading/playing games, the more money the author/creator will make!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

if you're talking about tv, it's not by episode!. you sell a series by the season!. then you don't make any money, the tv station does!. They make money dependent on the ratings it gets, so they can demand more dollars from advertisers if the show has high ratings!. you as the creator are simply an employee of whatever production company made the show, unless you are the owner of the company!. But of course selling a show to a channel, i have no idea how much you'd make!. i assume it's always different!.
