I'd go with the Sharingan!.
The ability to predict movements and react before hand, see chakra itself and distinguish each one into color!. also if your willing to kill your best friend the Mangekyo eyes rock all!. I'd choose the sharingan!. Partially because since it isn't active always (unless the eye is transplanted), you can hide it so you don't stand out!. I can imagine being photographed every 5 minutes if I walked on the street having white eyes with no pupils!.

Sharingan --- copy, assasinate, etc!.
