You go to Lavender Town which is just outiside Dark Cave!. The guys house should be in the southern part of Lavender Town!. You just go in his house and talk to him, and he will be like do you want to change your pokemons name and that is when you press "yes"!. In Red and Blue version you are able to change your pokemons names, but in yellow you cant for some reason!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Lavender Town the house on the right just before you leave the Town to the south, there should be two houses next to each other and its the house on the right!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
