But usually I forgot which episode or chapter it was so I have to go look it up for liek an hour and then when I finally find it I can re-watch ar re-read it =___=''

I rewatch the ending of Yu Yu Hakusho all the time!. When Keiko is standing on the beach and Yusuke walks up after 2 years of being gone(he promised to return in 3 years)!. She runs to him, jumps in his arms, they fall down and she kisses him!. A great ending to a great anime!.
I also rewatch parts from GTO and Full Metal Panic series!. The ending to Full Metal Panic: TSR is good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
