Ichigo, Renji, Rukia, Kon, Soi Fon, Yoruichi, Kuukaku, Kaien, Ganju, Kenpachi, Ikkaku, Unohana, Isane, Byakuya, and others (I don't wanna list all of my fav Bleach chars, for your sake LOL)
Misato, Shinji, Asuka, Rei (Evangelion)
Mugen, Fuu!.!.!.(Samurai Champloo)
-Reasoning= they are quirky characters, a lot of fun, and amazing fighters, and I think they would blend well together!.!.not to mention bicker like hell (which is always funny to watch)!.
2!.) It would be a drama/action/comedy!.!.!.maybe a bit of horror too! Because I like that sort of crap ^_^
3!.) Music by the Japanese band "The Pillows", who did themes for FLCL (which is a great anime)!. Because I like their style of Rock!.
4!.) --Gosh I'm bad at this!.!.!.a plot about the characters working out their own personal issues, and a plot about saving human kind (so they'd be heroic in their own way, but not in a traditional way!.!.that's lame)!.
--And there might be some creepy supernatural stuff like in Spirited Away, and like Bleach already has :]
--There would be romantic subtext between certain characters, but the viewer would only be able to pick up on it with their imagination--no full blown romances!.
-- Weave in some comedy too!
5!.) Around 26 episodes, because I'm not like Tite Kubo (he rules!),
if I did over 26 eps my anime would begin to get off track and lose focus lol!. It would probably lose its central theme or something!. In fact, it might even have to be only 6-9 episodes!

1)Ichigo, Yoruichi,Uryu, Byakuya, and Inuyasha,Yusuke, and Rouroni Why: It just seems that they;'re a good mix of fighters and from they're personalities they'd probably fight a lot and come together at important moments!.

Edward Elric, because he's a short, adorable, exaggerating alchemist whom I love; Alphonse, also from FMA (because you can't have Ed without Al); Revi from Black Lagoon because she's a hardcore pwning machine xD; Loki, from Matantei Loki Ragnarok, because who knows when you'll need a Norse God detective on your side!?; Louise and some other magicians from Zero no Tsukaima, because you can never have too much crazy in one story, and it'd be great to see how she would get along with Edward!. XD
As the main villains, I would have to say some yakuza or mob characters, from Black Lagoon or another anime!.

Action/Comedy, because these guys probably won't all get along, and hey, you can't expect them to be together and NOT fight at some point!

!.!.!.because it's fast, catchy, and, if you listen to the lyrics, truly amazing!. ^^
Ending: Nothing I Won't Give - Vic Mignogna
!.!.!.because this song is slower, as endings should, and (as it was made with them in mind) perfectly reflects Ed and Al's relationship!. It might have to be changed for something more suitable to the anime in question, however!. But ah well!.

Ed and Al would be traveling in modern-day Germany or America, after when the movie takes place!. In order to earn money, the two might turn to becoming mechanics or some-such-thing and take a residence!. Louise will need a job, and will be the horrible mechanic that starts working there!. =3 (Because her magic blows things up, before she learns to control it, I'll assume she'd be bad at this sort of stuff too, at first!.) Revi, as a last resort, will turn to the Elric brothers to repair some weapons or machinery!. Once she meets them, she will become interested, and will team up with Loki to investigate!. (Lol!. Because Norse God and pirate just go so well together!) Once Revi becomes interested, of course the mob itself will too!. We'll be seeing some climatic battles in this one, I'd say!. I picked this plot because it is one that keeps the characters somewhat in-character, but in different situations than the norm!.
5!. How many episodes would there be and why!?
