I would like to live in Osaka because of the name and Osaka of AzuManga lol But I don't know what it's like there ^^
or Toyko where I could find a English translator, and he/whe would help me with translating and stuff and could help me make Manga for people to understand if I could ever achieve that goal =)

You should know that almost all otakus think that Akihabara is the best place in Japan to buy video games and anime!. Supposedly you are surrounded by otaku stuff in that city all the time!. Read about it, I'm sure you will want to visit it one day!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would like to live in Tokyo (city lights, shopping, Anime/Manga, etc)!. But I would also like to live in Kyoto and Osaka!. Each city has much to offer!.

Why do you call them otakus!? Don't you know it's not really considered a good word in Japanese!? It's like calling someone a jerk, and that's not really very nice now is it!?

My first instict would be of course to say Tokyo, but realistically speaking, it would be a very cramped lifestyle and I dunno if thats my thing!
Thinking about it, I'd probably wanna live in Kyoto, its so full of Japanese culture, and while still quite touristy, it at least has a bit more of a calm, quiet atmosphere!.
Of course I'd visit Tokyo a lot! Just cause I dont particularly wanna live there, doesnt mean I wouldnt wanna visit it often! =P
As for your anime question, I think I'd have to say the love hina cast (cheating here a bit, I know u meant 1 person, but the love hina cast come as a set if you ask me =P)!. Why!? Because everyday would be full of excitement and have at least one weird adventure, it would never be a dull moment! Haha =P
