1!. sasuke because naruto said before that he cannot become hokage if he can't get his best friend back
2!. both, akamaru because akamaru is kiba best friend, and hinata sometimes in the anime you can see that kiba notices a lot how hinata looks at naruto and he gets upset (!?)

2!. Akamaru has been there with Kiba since he was born!. He has a crush on Hinata but his best friend takes priority!. Maybe if he knew Hinata before he met Akamaru (this will not happen) it might of changed!.
3!. He has a love interest with Sakura but *spolier dont look!* sasuke comes back to konoha and sakura yet again falls for him!. He likes Hinata as a friend but this feeling matures into something bigger later!.
4!.Kiba is a team mate and a friend in Hinanta's eyes!. Naruto on the other hand is seen as a lover!. Obviously she has grown into a woman who isn't as timid as before!. She also is willing to die for Naruto!.
5!. As we see Rock Lee in shippuden the movie will would die to protect Gai-senseis name!. Sakura he will also protect if her life is in danger!. If someone insulted her maybe he might knock them out!. For Gai-sensei he will bash the crap out of them until they are nothing but a pile of mush!.

1-right now i think that his main goal is to try to get sasuke back to the village!. he is sooo consumed with the idea of getting him back it can cloud his jugments at times!.
2- Akamaru!. although kiba and hinata are on the same team they seem to be just friends!. he cares about her a lot but akamaru is like a part of him!!!
