The Joker!.!.!. From the comics!.!.!. though he isn't actually a super villain just a resilient psycho!.
Why!.!.!. because his psychosis is equal to that of The Batman!. He may be my favorite comicbook hero, but you have to admit that you gotta be incredibly insane in order to dress up like a bat and get a beating every night!. They are two halves of the same coin so to speak!.!.!. Joker's personal tragedy drove him to a criminal psychosis!.!.!. Batman's to!.!.!. I don't know just what kind of psychosis I'd call it!.
