The sharingan eye is just an eye that needs to be developed in sharingan and mangekyou!. Even if Obito hadn't activated his sharingan, with the appropriate training , i believe, kakashi would've gained the sharingan too!. Now that the sharingan eye is a part of his body,!.!. well he can continue develop it to its limits!.!.!. but kakashi will never achieve Itachi's level or Sasuke's in amtter of sharingan because he doesn't have an Uchiha body!. U kan get Mayengekyou when someone close 2 u dies and since he said that every1 close 2 him died i think thats how he got because SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!Sasuke got hes mayengekyou because Itachi someone close 2 him had died

I think he can use the mangekyou sharingan because he had watched his best friend die after he recieved the sharingan, Itachi got his mangekyou by killing his best friend so that's my logic behind it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
