no they aren't b/c the author thought it should stay as a manga it just was ment more a a special!. and if you have ever seen the dvd's as they say"too graphic for japan"Www@Enter-QA@Com
not really i don't think they are going to make anymore since in the anime it showed kei die again in the last episode, i read the manga but chapter 272 hasn't been out for more than 2 weeks now
