What does it mean in an American cartoon when a dog sits on its haunches and then drags its butt along the ground!?
For example, in the Yin Yang Yo episode "Night Fall", when a dog does this outside one of the houses in Redneckistan!.

Sometimes it is a joke because people think it is funny!. Other times, it just means that the dog has an itchy butt or there might be some poop stuck on its behind!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
