Can someone tell me the name of this anime cartoon?!

I don't know any of The Characters names but I know there are 3 characters, one female [the main character] and a little girl and a male!. They had somesort of issue with a space shuttle thing being stuck, and the female is upset about something, and she logs in a journal of some-sort of issue!. They showed a marathon of this show on FUSE a few months back!.

i'm wondering if anyone knows what the name of it is!?
there are numbers in the title [i think]
