1 Kakashi is the only one who summons him I think so it must be Kakashi, but if you think about it sunnomed creatures really dont have owners cause anyone could summon them if they could!.

3 His face!. But he never shows it and on episode 101 at the end he only shows another mask!. But his real face must be handsome cause when Naruto, Sakura, and Saske took him out to eat the cooks had hearts in their eyes!. I WANNA KNOW!!!
