Question: Why is his name the joker!?!?
I know because he has this long smile and can never frown and he laughs but why do they call him the joker!?!?

From the very early days, he always used joker playing cards as his calling card, sometimes to warn (frighten) his victims before he killed them!.
In later years, (The Killing Joke) he was involved in robbing the Ace Chemical Company by breaking in through the building next door, the Monarch Playing Card company!. When he was disfigured by the chemicals and saw the joker cars discarded by the playing card firm, he realized it looked just like him and went insane!.
So he sort of capitalized on his looks!. also, according to Killing Joke, he always wanted to be a comedian, but couldn't make it because his jokes were so poor and his delivery as bad!. So he's also getting revenge on everybody who didn't think he was funny before!.

Though many have been related, a definitive backstory has never been established for the Joker in the comics, and his real name has never been confirmed!. He has been portrayed as lying so often about his former life that he himself is confused as to what actually happened!.
