1!. I don't think Sasuke will die as he is an important piece of the series!. Getting hurt badly by Naruto in a fight is a possibility and of course it would be a serious one as Itachi was killed by him by his own stupidity for not realizing the whole thing at the first place!.
2!. Madara wears a mask so that no one knows that its him!. Who doesn't freak out when the oldest member of the Uchiha clan is still alive!? The mask only shows one sharingan so that people wouldn't actually notice that he has the Uchiha eyes!.

Its possible,but however I don't think he will just yet,or possibly not even at all!. I think that Sasuke still would be aive at the end!. Sasuke still has to fight Naruto again even if its for one last time!. also I think Sasuke is going to countine to be important in everything,so he probably wouldn't die!. Althogh if Sasuke were to die,Naruto would probably be the one to kill him!.
Its just a mask!.The idea is to cover his true idenity of beiong Madara Uchiha!. Madara had used the mask as well as the name Tobi to disguess himself!. He didn't want to be revlaed as Madara,so he disgused himself as Tobi!. Well Just because Madara only shows one eye threw the mask doesn't necessary mean he is missing an eye however it is possible because we don't know about his past!. However,for the most part the mask is just there to conceal his identify!. At the same time we still haven't seen Madara's face without the mask so it is possible that he has lost an eye!.

I think Tsunade,will be the next to die!. I think because of this,this is how Naruto will become Hokage at the end of the series!. I think she will die revenging Jiraiya's death though,by fighting Pain,but at the sametime killing him too!.
