I believe its because like in spanis first is a diffrent word and everything else i the same!. So I thing it is the same in japanese!.

because when you're using a number in a title, you don't use ichi, but sho!. think about how the fourth hokage was called yondaime, and not shidaime!. =]Www@Enter-QA@Com
actually i think they could have!. just like in english there are many words that have the same meaning and the author just happen to like one versus the other!.
