Why was Spider-Man being hunted down in Avengers: The Initiative?!
Question: Why was Spider-Man being hunted down in Avengers: The Initiative!?
Hi, I'm new to comics and recently signed up for marvel!.com's digital comics and I was reading the 3rd issues of the Avengers:The Initiative series and found out that Spider-Man was being hunted down for "using his powers irresponsibly!." They don't have any more issues after the 3rd one so can anybody enlighten me on why Spidey is being hunted down!?
also, how come he's wearing his symbiote suit!? I've seen him in the symbiote suit ever since the Iron Man: Director of SHIELD series when World War Hulk came back to Earth!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Spiderman insists on not registering for the superbeings registration act!. He was with Tony stark and all the others!. But had second thoughts on the matter!. He was a trusted confidant of Tony's, that makes his betrayal worse then any others who has not signed!. This change of sides though has cost him, as his aunt was shot and nearly killed!. The black suit is not the symbiote, Peter is just wearing it as it symbolizes that he is in a desperate situation (willing to do what it takes to avenge his aunt), and stealth is important too for a hero on the run!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Due to the Superhuman registration act, anyone with superpowers are to register with the government!.!.!. Anyone who refuses to sign out are considered criminals in the law, and it is supported strongly by SHIELD!. As a results,the law cause the Superheroes to divide into 2 sides, those that sign and those who refuses!.!.!. IronMan who supported the Law, created a team of superheroes to hunt those who oppose the law!.!.!.
Captain America rebelled and formed a rebellion to fight the law!. Spiderman was initially with IronMan but after founding out that Tony Starks(ironman) methods were unjust, he switched sides and was against the Law, which cause him to be a fugitive!.!.!.
As for the suit, it was because it wasnt his original suit!. It was a high-tech suit made by Tony Stark for Spiderman!.!. The suit was more powerful,abit like IronMan suit!.!.!. Plus it gives Spiderman option to change colour of the suit to his liking using his memory!.!. So sometimes he uses his old clothes or his new one or symbiote type suit!.!.
