Japanese Pop star????!

Ok i can't remember what his name is but i know that he's really skinny and he's got like blonde hair sometimes and sometimes it's black with like blue or purple in it!. He also kinda has this vampire type image and he won't tell people his real name and age blah!.!.blah blah, he kinda looks girlie, but he's cute!.!.!.anywho i saw him on some anime site and now i can't remember what his name is!. I kept meaning to download his music but i just never got around to it and now i've forgotten his name, don't remember what the anime site was either!.
